I can’t say enough about the training that Tina provided me for my marathon. This was my 4th marathon and I had never been more prepared than this one. She took into account my age, injury history and work schedule and formed a plan that helped me prepare better than I had ever done on my own. She provided me with a combination of strength training, stretching and flexibility to go along with a precise plan for running. Her enthusiasm for my training was an incredible motivation too.
